Location was excellent right in the middle of the high street and good free parking,great price for what you get, room very clean , comfy bed, drinks tray with tea coffee etc tv, large shower with nice clean towels Inc complimentary tubes of shower gel and shampoo, staff were very helpful and friendly

Room was very noisy from road traffic, next time I'd request a room further back towards the courtyard, not the hotels fault, it's an old building with old window, and it's a busy road in the week , other than that the room was extremely good value and we'd definitely return

Location is very good. Apartment is clean with good amenity. It’s a shame because generally the apartment worked well, but the Parking facility was awful.

Parking - not fit for purpose and complete NIGHTMARE. Managed to get into carpark, but took me 20 minutes to get out and damaged my car in process. I had to make alternative arrangements for parking which was inconvenient and costly. Entry/exit very poorly designed and grossly inadequate space to manoeuvre. It beggars belief as to how this building was ever allowed/approved. A minor dislike was the bathroom basins were very tiny and water splashed everywhere.

Stylish, very comfortable, and well equipped accommodation with secure parking and close to a beautiful park for evening walks to relax after busy days.

Bedroom located above ground level accomodation with walled garden area. It was not too bad most nights, but a couple were a little disturbed with load conversations quite late.

I generally for work don't book places that are over £100 a night, however this welcoming pub had many nice little extras, welcoming service etc but wasn't worth the initial 160 as advertised. At 130 was still a little steep, but in fairness, nowhere in Lymington this week was under £100.!! I did forget to tell them the loo seat hinge was loose!!

I changed my choices for the breakfast in the evening and staff made the amendment and advised the kitchen. In the morning I went down to check the choices were the same 2x vegetarian breakfast, the lady said there was no amendment and the piece of paper which clearly showed me scribbling out my first choice. And wrote 2x vegetarian. Member of staff responded ‘ I didnt see change and i see no crossing out! Took 5 mins to explain i made amendment in the evening. Eventually they did offer a change! Bathtub wasn’t as clean as expected as there were still hair In the bath tub. Only gave one towel per person. No A/C or fan. Room is small and the view was not as expected! Window needed to be shut as the smell of cooking came into the room.

Car park charge at £7.50 a night and second night the car park was full so I was told to park in the area outside reception. The room felt hot and the minimum temperature on the air condition panel was 19 C hotter than what I required.
