The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything a family would need, loved the coffee machine and extremely local to everything! Bed very comfy and loved the little touches! Bedding very fresh and soft. Lovely shower. 😍 looking forward to coming back

For the price asked I expected not very much but the room was lovely. A four poster comfy bed and a jacuzzi type bath . Room was immaculately clean . Really pleasant surprise. Ps really helps that it’s so central. Getting a bite to eat was so easy.

The lack of parking. Limited parking meant really meant limited but staff came and told us the minute they had a space. Reception area doesn’t give the best impression of the place.

Very friendly owner - Sue - and husband John - who did the cooking - breakfasts were excellent. Lovely location and all very new, clean and comfortable. Will definately book to stay again.

The location was convenient and we checked out the photos and made a booking. Unfortunately the hotel has changed hands since the photos were taken and it was not as portrayed

The main room-reception/bar/dining area is now very dark. The table tops are worn out, benches likewise, upstairs carpets stapled together, holes in the ceiling which look long term, wallpaper and decor in general old. The bedroom was too small to accomodate a 2nd bedside cabinet, the TV was the smallest I have seen in many years, single glazing, shower pressure poor, not a lot of choice for breakfast- no fruit, no cereals. Its just a building desperately in need of some TLC but its been in new hands for some time and looks like its not going to happen which is a great shame

Stunning views, comfy bed and reasonably reasonably priced tavern bar. Delicious breakfast.

Breakfast was very rushed and spoilt it. Oats, fruit, croissants and coffee came out and, within a minute, the cooked breakfast arrived. We should have sent it back as another couple did, so we could enjoy the breakfast properly.

Very accommodating and helped with a few extra requests. Would happily stay here again

Well placed for access to Central London, Hyde Park, RAH

Pretty much everything, very tired rooms, “Club” status was nothing short of a joke, no bottle of wine or fresh fruit, we didn’t even have towels!! Rooms extremely small, bathroom laughably small, room had a very weird annex with windows painted black. Breakfast was poor, coffee was like dishwater, average at best Soul-less Bar and reception - living on the back of the historical background to the property, but but behind that facade was a very tired hotel in dire need of a complete revamp. Also failed to meet the very friendly staff, perhaps they were away on leave?

Location perfect

perfect for two people sharing double bed. But for father and son, the pulldown bed was not ideal.
