We were pleasantly surprised - and relieved - after reading a few negative reviews. If you use the right exit from Paddington, this hotel is directly across the road and diagonally opposite McDonalds on the corner. A great position, and excellent value. Our double room was larger than some in London, the ensuite was small but perfectly adequate; plenty of hot water, clean towels and linen. The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We would certainly recommend it to travellers.

The building is old, but that did not detract from the cleanliness. There is no lift, but we found the one flight of stairs no problem (and we are both in our 80s!)

Everything. The host, the house, the location, the facilities, cleanliness everything was spot on. One of the best places ive stayed and will defo book again when i visit the north wales. They also provided few snacks on our arrival which was brilliant. 10/10 experience.

One or two tacky decorations, main issue was noise from M&S loading bay late into the night, not there fault but made for poor sleep, also evening meal was awful, sorry but would not eat there again

Everything it was not close to city as desctibed on your website it is in an industrial area there were no instructions to use items in unit no info re trams etc utensils were minimal only one towel each toiilet seats were broken one toilet had no lid showers were leaking Items left in bsthroom were cheap annd nasty products hairdryer broken Couldnt use tv as no instructions were left But most of all we were left stranded after a 24 hour flight from australia as i never received any instructions ftom owner until the morning we arrived but i haD no phone access. I had to GO all over manchester in cab to get the key something which was not advised. We got help from the building managers thank god and eventually got it .3 hours later. Had to return the key by tram something also not advised to a dodgy shop. I was promised a refund but obviously that is not going to happen . DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS AN AIR BNB WHICH IS ILLEGAL IN THIS BUILDING. THE MANAGERS ARE AWARE OF IT. BOOKING.COM YOU SHOULD NOT PROMOTE THIS PROPERTY .
