  Shout out to Tom on reception that made the whole check-in and experience very warm and welcoming. We stayed in one of the cottages, 2 couples and 2 dogs. The place was spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. The sound of the running river by the window was an added bonus.

  It didn't affect the quality of the stay, but the ground floor was quite dim on daylight and the sofas weren't very comfortable. Also the parking felt a bit tight during peak hours.

  Gorgeous hotel and very unique. Really friendly and helpful staff. We had to check out early due to family function but staff still put together a "breakfast to go" for all 6 of us. Bedroom facilities were excellent and extremely comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again

  Second time staying at this cosy hotel. Ideal for short trips. Walking distance (literally across the road) from King’s Cross station), great location. The staff are very kind and helpful. Good WiFi
