I had paid for a standard room but there was a strange smell in the room. I contacted a member of staff to see if anything about the smell or maybe change my room. They made me aware that there were no other standard rooms they could put me in so they had put me in an executive suite completely free of charge. I was very pleased with this as the room was very spacious.

Even though I was really happy with the room upgrade from standard to executive suite without incurring an additional cost. The only down side to my room was the tv as it wasn’t what I was expecting. I have stayed in this hotel before in a standard room which is equipped with a smart tv so you have access to free view as well as other streaming platforms. I would have expected the same to be in the upgraded room but that tv was outdated which meant that I could only access free view channels and didn’t have access to other streaming platforms such as YouTube or Netflix etc

Very nice hotel in good location close to famous landmarks and easy to get to by travelling on the underground enjoyed my stay very comfortable beds and staff were pleasant and helpful particularly the guy working at the concierge on the sunday was very helpful in looking after my belongings for the day when I had checked out.

I liked it all but if pushed to get picky, then Only one chair in room when plenty space for 2 Breakfast - no staff and dirty tables, cleared our own as only small number of tables and no clean ones set. Mirror in narrowest part of room trying to squeeze past when friend applying make up

We had room with two beds each 120cm wide. One blanket on each bad made sleeping unpleasant. Especially for family of four … Other point was air induction in the room. The room wasn’t cooled enough for night. Than heavy warm blanket was unpleasant. We used large towels instead of.
