The location is excellent and the apartment is a good size. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the shops are very conveniently situated. The main areas, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were clean.

I found the smell of smoke, wafting through the from other apartments, expecially in the bathroom, off putting. I understand that it's a block of flats and that the host can't say what other do in their own flats, but if it had been mentioned, we wouldn't have booked it. Although the general cleanliness was good, it was superficial. The skirting boards were dusty, as were the door frames, tops of pictures etc. When I lifted the sofa bed cushions, there were loads of crumbs underneath. I'm glad I didn't have to sleep in there. Also, we weren't due to leave until Monday, and Sunday morning, at 8:50am, I got a message telling me where to leave the keys when I left the next day! It made me feel like we were an inconvenience.

We had an evening meal at the hotel and it was'nt what we expected, i had summer salad with chicken and i can only describe it as bland, no seasoning could'nt taste the mustard glaze my husband had cajun chicken and chips, the chicken was so tasty but the chips were really hard, very 'spoons' worthy but i must say we breakfasted at the hotel and again the staff were amazing and the breakfast was so tasty and filling it set us up for the day.

From the time you enter the home, it was stinking of egg and cigarettes. The broken furniture along with too many cables inside all the rooms were health and safety concerns. WiFi was meant to be free but they provided wrong password, one of TV were working. The remotes had no batteries. The washing machines were full of clothes. The overhead counter door in the bedroom was loose and was a threat to people sleeping there. The shower cabinet under unit was open and exposed posing threat for kids to in case they got their feet caught. The bathroom sink was not draining well. The list goes on. The worst is when you contact the person in charge, they lie to send someone and never bothered to get in touch again. The stay was pathetic.
