The first impression is that you went on a ghetto. The entrance to the flat is on a back yard above a restaurant and all the smell from cooking is very vibrant up till inside the flat. We arrived in the afternoon. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. I wanted some peace and quiet. That first night we were kept awake until midnight by the very loud noise from the restaurant although on google said that they are going to close at 23:00. After that the nightmare started. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbours and even a whisper. We were able to sleep only between 2:00am to 5:00 am when the neighbour woke up again making terrible noise, banging doors, talking very loud. From the information given to us the neighbour was tenant and was contacted by host however for my peace we decided to leave for the second night as we were there to visit Peak district and we were exhausted from.not resting at all. We had to find a different accommodation. Also we had to be careful when using the bathroom as water was leaking from the ceiling on top of the sink making it hard to brush your teeth. For this money we found Premier inn and stayed in peace our second night there. I do understand this is low budget accommodation but sleep should not be sought as a luxury but as a priority.

The living room was a great size and the double bedroom also great. The hot tub was amazing.

The caravan wasn’t clean on arrival we had to clean - we tried to hoover but it did not pick up anything. The dining table needs replacing as the top was wobbly and large chips in it. The decking had a large hole and the table and decking area were dirty. We also found the third room really small.

Not enough car parking space. There were no towels in the room .. had to ask to provide.. There was no daily cleaning of the rooms. No phone in the room. Pathetic local wifi. Charging point for mobile not available near the bed side. No room fridge.. TV remote control .. not user friendly.. TV screen size is not matched with the size of the room.. Table tennis rackets need to be changed.

We took out two dogs and didn’t know about the £20 per dog per night rate that they charge for this!!! There was no information about this on the website nor did we get anything for this. Had we of know about this extra £40 per night we would probably had stayed somewhere else. This place is sold as dog friendly but clearly not
