  Breakfast was good. Room and bathroom way too small for two people. Couldn’t close bathroom door, had to step into the shower to be able to do so. Couldn’t shower as split in pipe so water not reaching shower head.

  Breakfast choice was good (especially for Vegetarians) but cooked food wasn't that hot and not replenished as quickly as could have been.

  See above. Plug sockets in bedroom a little temperamental. Extractor in bathroom was quiet but took ages to demist mirror (was it working or not!?).

  The bedroom was clean and comfortable and well equipped. The inn was reasonably close to the city centre. The mini fridge was very handy.

  We only had one pillow each and on asking for another each, only one could be found. There was a bloodstain on the bathroom door, the wallpaper is falling off the bathroom ceiling and the shower pressure is very weak. There was no reception as such and staff weren’t there before the afternoon or later at night.

  The location was perfect. Located overlooking the beach. We received a free upgrade to a sea view room which was a nice touch.
