Spotless accommodation. Brilliant location, very helpful staff. Bed was uncomfortable but sure we all miss our bed. They very kindly held my bag for me as I shopped on my last day as I had an evening flight. I stayed for 2 nights and there was no noise within the building and very little outside. Would recommend this accommodation if you are looking for something basic and safe.

Excellent central location with easy car parking, safe and secure. Lovely apartment with great atmosphere and attention to detail. Very well maintained and equipped. Quiet and peaceful. Easy access to conference rooms at Malvern theatre and local shops.

The kitchen was equipped well with all we needed. The lounge chairs were comfortable. Also the apartment was clean and tidy. Nicely placed in Lynton for walks and the cliff railway down to Lynmouth. Also plenty of lovely places to get a great meal.

The bedroom and en suite were even smaller than we anticipated. It could do with a small cabinet or shelves above the toilet cistern in the en suite. The walk up to the property is very steep, though we did know this before hand.

Good breakfast selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Gym is clean and well equipped for its size. 24/7 bar is excellent too

The burger is really overpriced. It’s like a wetherspoons burger from the 90s. Doesn’t have to be gourmet but the Fries are good. Breakfast is good. Burger should match it.

As it’s a beautiful old building, you can hear other guests as they come and go. This wasn’t an issue for me as I sleep with earplugs in, but my husband did notice this (didn’t really disturb his sleep though)
