The food in the restaurant was amazing, the glamping pods were very comfortable, the staff went out of their way to show us around and make sure we were happy. We brought our little dog, and they offered to look after him while we used the sauna and hot tub. The owner invited us to look at the stars through his telescope and was happy to talk to us at length.”

  The location was spot on only mins from the underground station, grocery stores and nice cafes, pubs and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioner and heating worked very well.
- Negative section of review
  
  The WiFi kept dropping and was slow. The apartment didn’t have a toaster so unable to make breakfast and the nesspro coffeemaker didn’t work properly. Also we had just two of the crockery. Would have liked a couple more dishes and mugs / glasses.

  Apologies, but on one of our three nights a larger party arrived in the lodge opposite and played excessively loud Asian music with an outdoor bbq. We didn’t want to report them but it came close, but other residents on site were also not happy about this as it could be heard across the site for 4 hours. I was feeling unwell that night with migraine and was trying to rest and sleep :/ i I do understand people want to enjoy themselves but need to be considerate of others Maybe there needs to be a polite notice up somewhere although we did read about it . I would not choose Reindeer Walk lodge in busier times due to its location next to the outdoor bar/cafe area and potential noise.

  Would have been nice to have more welcoming staff. The property had stated 'swimming pool' but it wasn't available. The breakfadt was very basic...cereals and bread. Most bed and breakfast properties offer cooked breakfast. Bed was uncomfortable- owner did message after our stay acknowledging this, but feel it should have been identified before our stay.
