I booked this cottage for my Mum and Dad. It is in a brilliant location and perfect for everything they wanted to see and visit and had everything they wanted. The cottage is absolutely lovely and kept to a high standard. I can't fault the hosts whatsoever they have gone above and beyond from the beginning and communication was excellent throughout. Totally recommend staying here.

bathroom excellent - high quality fittings, but does take up most of the room! good range of drinks with kettle : tea, coffee bags etc. - even oat milk :) Staff very helpful, we extended out checkout by 2 hours for £15 Buffet breakfast was very good, including the hot bacon and egg flat bread - you can certainly set yourself up for the day with this.

Bed - rather hard and very tricky getting in and out The room was very compact - one case on the floor takes up most of the space no bed lights - just main lights - tricky if you want to read in bed - take a torch

The continental breakfast was excellent and included everything you could reasonably require. The house itself was spotless and the overall property is outstanding. Denise was extremely kind and generous and a pleasure to deal with.

The room was spacious, comfortable and had a nice view over the city. It's in a great location and only £9 for overnight parking at the nearby multi-storey.

There were queues out of the front door for reception when we arrived. There simply wasn't enough staff to cope, and we waited an hour before we could get checked in. There was no draft beer at the bar.

Entrance from the North terminal. Large rooms, well equipped and comfortable. Perfect choice for late arrival or early departure. Good spread for breakfast.

The staff were all friends and pleasant with the sole exception of one of the breakfast room staff who goes by the name of Alessandro. Couldn’t wait to start clearing the breakfast over 15 minutes before the advertised finish time. When challenged he was arrogant, dishonest, obnoxious and plain rude. He shouldn’t be anywhere near paying customers.

A pee like smell already hitting our nose while the lift door opens. The things in the property are mostly damaged it is like the whole apartment is falling apart The cleanliness was below standard: the wooden floor was sticky, table top was filthy. Flies came from outside because the glass door was left open. Few beds in the room were damaged, like the spins were gone and were hold up by a piece of wood on the side. Mouldy shower, it was disgusting. Homeless people walking in/out and sleeping in the building I am not sure if I have miss anything, but the end of the day is AVOID!!!! When you try to ask for your refund, booking.com said is nothing to do with them and the agent is not replying any of my messages. So think about it before you book this property.
