Positive section of review
Good parking facilities. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Waiting staff attentative at breakfast and dinner. Plenty of choice in the continental breakfast. Dinner menu was varied and tasty. Good selection of drinks. Accomodation was well presented. Bed comfy, slept well.

A bit of updating needed. Cutlery had seen better days, was old and tarnished. Tired looking furniture in room. Areas of carpet leading to rooms were threadbare. Plug in sink in en-suite was discoloured with rust. Old yale locks on heavy fire doors to rooms made for noisy shutting. Hair and body wash was oppsite side in bath to the shower which made for precarious walking to get washed. Signal for wifi was hit and miss.

Nice, clean, mostly quiet room. Good facilities in a convenient location with a bit of distance from the city centre. I had a long room at the back with a nice garden/ park view. The old terrace house is nicely converted inside at this reasonably priced self service hotel.

The first night my neighbours kept letting the doors bang and seemed to keep going to the shared bathroom/ kitchen. They are fire doors so the bangs are loud. The next couple of nights were nice and quiet with more considerate guests moving in.

Great location, easy to get to from airport as tram stop just outside the door, shopping centre, tesco express and plenty of eating out options nearby. Hotel clean, breakfast included, spacious room, good powerful shower and comfy beds. Luggage storage

Breakfast was the same every morning, lacking bit of options/variety. No face cloths in room had to request them which is a nuisance for something that's normally provided in a hotel, aircon wasn't working v well, some instructions in room or info at check in would be helpful.

The on site facilities and superb flexibility of the staff. It really seemed that nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and the view incredible. Beds were so comfy.
