The location was incredibly quiet, the accommodation immaculately clean & well equipped, and the owners were so helpful and friendly. The bed was incredibly comfortable - we both had such a fab sleep! And the shower was ace! So often, the water pressure in accommodation such as this is barely enough to shower under. However, no such complaints here - the shower was amazing! I honestly can not recommend this place highly enough. If we're ever needing a place to stay near Bristol again, we would definitely head back here

Perfect location near Hyde Park. Short walk to two tube stations (Access to three different lines) Quet nights. Despite breakfast was lacking all the fresh stuff such as lettuce and tomatoes, there was table full of bread, eggs, croissants and yoghurt. Coffee was very good. We sayed here mid June so the lack of air conditioning in rooms was not a problem. This hotel is a valuable choise for the ones who don't want to spent too much on accommodation.

The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel had private car park, which was free. Wi-Fi was good.

The room was old and very tired, broken toilet seat, sticky old carpet, fleas/insects in the bed and room. There were squashed flies still on the walls. And the worst was the very strong pungent odour of Curry, from the Indian Restaurant right underneath my room! I think the rooms definitely needs a makeover and a deep clean. No staff came to clean or check my room during my 4 night stay.
