Such a beautiful place, views are incredible and room was so clean & bed were so insanely comfy!! Will definitely be returning. Small touches were great such as hot chocolate in the rooms and staff were absolutely phenomenal

Bar/outside area not staffed so if you wanted a drink it was a ‘hunt for staff’. There was an obvious lack of staff in some areas. Having to find bar staff does not warrant 12.5% service charge each time you use the bar. Property quite tired and needs redecorating in parts. However I am aware that COVID didn’t help the hotel and the leisure industry and therefore they are still recouping loses in income.

Restaurant was quite expensive - some staff training required to provide a service equal to the prices. Wine plonked on the table, just unopened & left for me to deal so lacking a few refinements. Staff uniforms scruffy & cheap looking.

Not the best Holiday Inn express we've stayed in. Bed not as big as in other Holiday inns. Room rather tired and in need of some tlc. Breakfast rather chaotic with long waits for fresh food to arrive, tables not cleared and watered down apple juice that looked and tasted like coloured water!
