Clean and comfortable apartment, located in a nice area near Liverpool Street station, making it perfect for someone coming from Stansted airport by train and willing to spend a few days exploring London. Super good contact with the owner. And nearby Nagare Coffee is a lovely little place to get you energized in the morning :-)

Just a few small fixes to equipment would make it perfect.

It was very clean, beautiful decor. The room was very comfortable and cosy. It was very close to an underground station which was convenient. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The breakfast we had was lovely and the dining area looked very posh.

The room was very comfortable, kitchen was lovely, everything was super clean, and the duck duvets were very cute! The little breakfast package was a lovely surprise as well. The animals were adorable.

Location was great, decent size room and facilities, staff were helpful and friendly. Loved the complimentary soft drinks and snack in mini fridge, cute touch!

The lift station wasn’t the best, we were on the 8th floor and would quite often have to wait 10/15 minutes for the lift. Luckily we found the staff lifts and the let is jump in a few times.

Welcoming check-in, clean compact rooms, excellent breakfast with a lovely welcome from the staff.

I had a frail, elderly relative with me. It was time consuming to accompany him to find our rooms, and then lug our bags from the car park up the stairs to our rooms [two trips]. The offer of someone to assist with bags would have been very welcome. It wasn't possible to turn off the radiator in the en suite, which made my room very warm at night.

Good location very near to Cliffton Village Centre. Gluten free options for breakfast.

Had to make breakfast choices the night before and select a time. After having to go next door for breakfast, we had to wait a long time for our breakfast to be served so didn't see the point to order for a certain time. Although the carpark was on the hotel ground, they make you pay for it.

Could have a shelter for the tub or one next too it for sitting under when raining.

Bathroom and room were dated. There was a leak in our room and the staff couldn’t do anything except offer us an email to complain into after.
