Positive section of review
We liked the lodge as it was something slightly different to what we would normally book. It was cosy and the layout was well thought out. On one side of the lodge was a hedge which give us a little privacy when we were sat outside, which was nice. We could also hear the birds from the wooded area over the back. Thankfully it was mainly song birds rather than crows. The clubhouse on-site was good with tribute acts on the Friday and Saturday of our stay, with a good bar. The location was excellent and literally less than 10 minutes from the sea front where there was a bar/pizza/chip shop and amusements, there were also singers outside on Sat afternoon. No real need to leave site if you wanted to park the car up for a while.

Nothing really, I note some reviews said the parking was tight but personally I didn't have any issues and managed to park right outside the lodge and turn around easy enough. If you're not too confident though, there is a big car park on-site to use.

Breakfast was excellent and dinners were also very good. The only suggestion i would make is that they add a dish of the day to the dinner menu just to add a little more variation to the dining options. Staff were outstanding and well marshalled by Henrietta.

Nothing to grumble about though walking in the area is somewhat challenging for people in their 80's.

Everything at the Hotel went well. Amazing staff. All friendly and helpful. Full English breakfast was excellent. Position of the Hotel in St Helier is perfect for getting about. Fitments in the room and bathroom all superb. Just an absolutely splendid hotel.

I highly recommend this place to stay. The process was super organized in terms of check in, check out. The place looked like the pictures and had all the items promised which made our stay very comfortable. Hosts were nice and allowed a late check out.

The breakfast was good and the people serving the breakfast were friendly. The location is close to the mall and the metro, easy for going to the city center.

It’s a 5 star but seems like a 4. The rooftop bar is very expensive and bad service I don’t recommend it.

We weren't given the WiFi password. Flat batteries in the TV remotes. Inside the Clean Air Zone so daily charge for car access.

Stayed for 3 nights, and the room wasn't cleaned , booked, and had the clean room sign on the door, but still had to go to reception for clean towels and toilet roll.
