I loved the fact the room was on a split level which made it so much more spacious. Although the room was facing an extremely busy road was not disturbed by any road traffic whatsoever... the room was serviced daily left so clean and polished... did not have to book specific times for breakfast therefore no pressure ... vegan breakfast was very good 👍🏽 ample parking ... lovely staff

Had a little four in a bed moment as I found long term dust on the board above the bed and on top of the TV ... all these places were above eye level .... tiles in shower cubicle could do with mould mildew treatment 🤔 but I'm assuming cleaning staff may not be allowed to use certain products due to health and safety.... not sure ...

Breakfast had excellent choices. Staff were genuine, helpful and all pleasant. The room and ensuite were of a good standard. It was easy to check in and check out, and there was very good parking facilities on site.

Very high quality bnb. Fabulous bedroom and great lounge/dining area. Amazing food. Really top notch. Also had good bike storage.

One lift not working. Looks a bit tired. Didn't know when I booked it was a hostel. My fault. Fortunately had booked a room with it's own bathroom. If you're in a dorm there's a list of extra cost items eg towel, cupboard lock etc. As I said I didn't research properly but I would definitely stay here again. Forgot to mention our room was on a very busy road that never got quiet but it didn't bother us. Your preferences may vary.

EVERYTHING. It is even hard to believe that a property like this could even exist as how bad it is. Starting with the reception and stairs - everything was EXTREMELY dirty. We understand that the hotel is renovating, but even that is no excuse to the level of dust and dirt that piled up on the table near the reception. The room is nothing like the picture - it is smaller, but that would be nothing if it was the only disadvantage. The room was very dirty and had a weird smell. The bed wasn’t even a real bed, it was just some wood thrown together and could literally barely hold two people - it was wobbly and we were scared to even move, it felt dangerous. Bathroom was VERY dirty, there was dust and hair from previous guests, toothpaste all over the mirror, mold EVERYWHERE. The window felt like it never saw some cleaning and somebody literally wiped their hands of paint on the curtains (why???). Splashed of paint all over TV, bed, floor. And on top of that while we were asleep at 5am the fire alarm went off twice. I was on a verge of tears when I saw all of that after checking in. It is truly a scam.
