  Customer service was excellent. Our room was upgraded to suit and it was very convienent. Kitchenette was great, although we used it only to make a breakfest. TV with plenty of channels in both rooms. Fridge in the kitchenette. The location next to Hyde Park and Lancaster gate tube is perfect for smooth transport. Option of free luggage storage after check out was fantastic. No hussle, simply ticket given and permission to return to pink up stuff at any time. Desk open 24/h.

  Some maitanance is needed in regards to bathroom ventilation. I would invest in door painting too. Probably aircon needs reviewing too.

  Friendliness of the reception staff. Breakfast had a good selection of full English items, cereals, but limited fruit/breads, but overall tasty. Location for the areas of London I wanted to visit. Free upgrade

  Although a free upgrade the deluxe double was still very small, but very clean If returning I would need to look at other room options Only one power point. Yes there was 2 usb points but not all electrical equipment use usbs

  The TV kept asking for a code. The blinds in the lounge didn't pull down and were dirty. Bird poo all over the windows. The fridge hadn't been cleaned and the milk what was left for us was out of date. The entrance to the property didn't smell very good because of the bins.
