what can I say about this place except it was AMAZING absolutely fantastic can not fault this place at all from the minute we got there to when we checked out was brilliant the hosts matt and Jane was fantastic matt even kept us a parking space as we was coming up late on the Friday with us booking last minute was so good, rooms was spotless everything was spotless, four poster bed was so comfy lovely sleep and not one bit of noise from outsidewe was just left to our own devices once we got our keys, it was right in the middle of everything we needed to be loved it can't say enough and WILL be booking again loved it!!

Everything. Our host was friendly, helpful and very informative. The room was small but comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a very peaceful night's sleep. The was a wide choice at breakfast, freshly cooked to order and very very tasty. The communal sitting room was stylish and comfortable, with many useful books and pamphlets about Perth and the surrounding areas of interest to visitors. On the morning of departure, our host kindly stored our luggage so that we could visit Perth unencumbered and we collected it later in the afternoon on leaving Perth.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. We stayed because we were catching an early ferry, and it is ideally situated for the port. We didn't sample the breakfast. We used the lock-up carpark facility at the back of the property. They charge £10. They also accept dogs.

Wonderful location in middle of london city close stations, river, buses, dining. but still secluded and quiet off a lane. Room size good and bathroom shower good. Half basement made for a cosy retreat.

Room sofa a bit too big for circulation, and tricky layout of table and chairs, but we got use to it.

The actually walk to to the room was equivalent to a 250 metre running track. Our room (153) was the furthest away from the only lift in the building and the stairs were fire exits only.

The parking charge was too high … it is not in the city centre therefore charges were disproportionally high … !… also the light switches were confusing and I didn’t master them the entire stay !
