The room was lovely, very nice and comfortable. If you book direct you get a welcome drink upon arrival and free breakfast. Hotel is about 10 min drive into Belfast City centre was around £9 in a taxi to City Hall.

Just a couple of niggles..with it being so close to the main road there was constant traffic noise throughout the night and with single glazed windows that didn't close properly it didn't make for a great sleep. Even with towels stuffed into the gaps you just can't escape that constant noise! As there are no staff on site after 5pm it would be great if there was access to fresh drinking water other than the basin in the shower room. Trying to get water into the kettle is virtually impossible. Tv remote control was very temperamental. Door into room difficult to shut quietly without waking next door guest.

Located nicely in town with plenty of free parking nearby. It was very clean and well kept. It was quie.

35 steps up a fire escape type stairway was somewhat of an unwanted surprise. We found the furniture very uncomfortable and far too low. The bed was also far too low. The bedroom “blackout blind” was useless. Had we been cold in bed there were no more blankets to be found.

Could not control the temperature in the room which was too hot! Didn't have a good sleep which is unusual as normally the air con is amazing. This was my 5th stay here. I didn't want to call staff at 3am so mentioned next morning. I was instantly offered a partial refund which was very welcome so 5* service. It didn't put me off from staying here again.
