The comfort of the bed was brilliant. The pillows were very comfortable. The staff were also very good and very helpful. The size of the car park was also brilliant. And free.

The room that I was in has so so so much external noise. You could hear the staff always moving the bins and very late at night. When waking up early for work. The last thing you need is that sort of noise past eleven o'clock every night. The quality of the shower was poor. Low pressure and took so long to get hot water. The carper as well was worn and had holes in. The biggest issue was the noise though. It was continuous. From 4-11 it was never really quiet for long.

Beautiful property, lovely hot tub. A great trip if you want to get away from a hectic city life for a few days! Very peaceful.

The location was ideal for us and in a relatively quiet village. Staff were friendly and quick to respond to any queries.

Food was good although fairly basic, and morning coffee could have been hotter. Room was good apart from creaking floorboards and noise from downstairs.

We Couldn’t use the oven for 2 days as It was broken , miscommunication between M and J cleaners as note that was left on arrival stated oven would be replaced next day , it wasn’t and was replaced day after (Wednesday not Tuesday)resulting in extra expense for dining out .

Small but comfortable appartment below a house in the suburbs of Oban.

Limited cooking facilities and the dreaded electric shower. It is a fair walk back from Oban and very steep.

The room was in a very poor state of repair. Paint was peeling in bathrooms and had been patched up in multiple areas. Could see mould patches in bathroom due to poor ventilation. The blind in the front window was broken. The water in the shower was very slow to drain away. Thought it might have overflown whilst having a shower!!
