Booked this hotel through booking.com. When we had arrived to the hotel, it was something completely different from the picture provided on the website. The room was awful! Nothing I could stay in, very old and the bathroom was something I couldnt go in to even. We complained and got the suit which was okay but we still had to pay for this so 2 nights at this hotel cost me £300. I will never go back or book this hotel again

The hotel is so lovely ,beautiful decor,the staff are absolutely amazing ,they were able to accommodate our early check in request ,i recommended to my mum who was going on a hen party ,she stayed and was absolutely blown away by how amazing the staff were to all the girls so so helpful and couldn’t recommend enough .

Large room, very comfy bed. Pub area very welcoming. Great breakfast. One morning a middle aged team member was looking after a Norwegian couple at breakfast, she went out of her way to try and translate for them. She really did give exceptional service.

Dinner wasn’t great for the price. Salmon swimming in grease or butter unnecessary as it had a sauce, tender stem broccoli so tough almost inedible. I was still hungry afterwards, luckily biscuits in the room. I bought a sandwich for my second night.

Room was dark with small window overlooking car park, not as expected for the money. Room was very noisy with movement from room upstairs and lotting of plumbing noise from rooms around it.

The mould in the room, the bathroom and carpets were dirty and wet, the room was dark and there was inadequate light, no tv remote control. Breakfast was ok but no cereals set out and hard to get any attention for teas and coffees.
