The apartment was well located & spacious and suited our requirements. Booking was straightforward though gaining access initially was a little confusing but the staff member I called couldn't be more helpful.

The only complaint I have regards the condition of the duvet on the bed settee, it was clean but beginning to fall apart and was really in need of replacing.

We were made very welcome as was my little dog. The room was light & airy. The decor was lovely. Sitting having an excellent breakfast overlooking the large garden with all it's visitors was very enjoyable.

I can't say I disliked this but it's worth noting that the accommodation is located on the outskirts of Hornsea so it could end up being a bit of a trek to the shops/pubs/restaurants, etc.

The property has everything you need for a weekend break in Belfasts. The location is in the student end of town so the local bars are predominantly busy with students but still offer a good time.

The room is small for three people but functional. We managed with scheduled “getting ready times” etc.

Staff all very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean It was very convenient for the Royal Botanic Gardens and bus route into centre is close by.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. He served a great breakfast we didn't even count with. The location is in a quite street, with a nice little garden. It was a great experience.

Really clean rooms and throughout hotel Beds very comfy Bar/restaurant area has plenty of seating 10-15 min walk from train station (easy to follow route) Co-op store opposite

No extra pillows available, no sockets close to bed (for medical equipment etc), no USB points in room (but bar area downstairs has USB ports for charging). Shower was a very small separate cubicle accessed by screen door in bedroom area (with no lock) - if you were sharing with a friend etc you have no-where to put towel on/change etc in privacy. Toilet extremely tiny - sink unit separate in bedroom area Would stay again if you could get the room on a budget rate (as it's a budget hotel !!) as it would probably be good value for money - but we paid £300 for a budget double room on Springsteen concert night so not a bargain.
