On our arrival, Monday 21st April, we were greeted with happy friendly reception staff and even though we arrived earlier than check in time there was no problem checking us in early being our room was ready. We were expecting a small compact room as we have previously stayed at small airport hotel.rooms but we were pleasantly surprised, there was plenty of room for our 3 suitcases. The room and bathroom was very clean and had tea and coffee available. Even better the bed was very comfortable and cosy. Upon check out the next morning the staff were very friendly and upon request for a taxi to the airport obliged quickly. Overall a very comfortable friendly stay.

My room.was cozy, I like the area. The best part were all the staff I met all of them were great! and best of all. Alicja who is an amazing front of house, warm and kind. I was travelling alone and I felt I had a friend at the hotel. I witnessed her being kind to all the guests. Please treasure her. Her name is now Rainbow Girl as she always wears a joyful smile with her colourful jackets

Room was great plenty of tea&coffee. Shower was good bed was comfortable good sleep. We had food there we had yorkshire pud wrap fantastic. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was fantastic. will the owner you have done a great job they.I wish we could stay there longer.we will come back and stay longer

The cottage was just perfect for our two night break near Matlock. The communication from the host was great, it was convenient to park our vehicle outside, the welcome pack and information was a nice touch and appreciated. The location was perfect and we would definitely return and recommend to others.

Fabulous location, well-equipped, clean and comfy flat, excellent communication from owner. Lovely welcome pack and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Main building was also well kept with a lift to the apartment. Everything was within very close walking distance.

Nothing, really. For some people, given the location right next to the Roman Baths, the noise from the buskers might have been a problem but we generally enjoyed listening to them and they finished about 6pm. Some noise from people going home at night from the bars but, again, part and parcel of being so central.

The off road parking was very tight. And impedes the walkway slightly at the front. There was no microwave at the property. And our checkin was delayed until 7pm on the day as we wasn’t supplied with the code to get into the property
