What a beautiful place! Steps Farmhouse B&B is an amazing stunning place with welcoming and available hosts! Our room was spacious, clean and with all the amenities that we needed. Sharon and Paul got in touch with us before our arrival time and everything was very well planned. They have a great garden with a patio were to enjoy drinks and food. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very prepared for one of us who is coeliac. We were very surprised to find so much GF choice! And Sharon and Paul were very conscious to not cross contaminate the food. We should have booked more nights! this place is a great one for a break out of the city and get immersed in the nature and countryside vibes! Thank you!!!! :)

I like the location and fair price for it. I think the shared bathroom was OK. However, the carpet needs some cleaning and bed lining was a bit too worn out. The size of the room suprised me as it is small. For one person it was OK for two people it would feel a bit crowded. There was a tea kettle with tea which was really nice.

The girl staying next door was very strict about what and how things must be done. I did not found her very friendly. Instead of saying you should not interfere with the heating. She could just simply say how it works in the house. I could hear other people in the house as it is very old. It did not bother me much, yet for a longer stay I would prefer more privacy.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a bus station about three minutes away, which makes it super easy to travel around London, also Victoria Station is about a ten minute walk. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. No problems encountered.

We liked that the bedroom is at back of property as apartment is located on quite a busy road so didn’t disturb, plus it had double glazing which reduced the traffic noise.

The apartment was very clean and tidy when we entered but there was an overwhelming smell of perfumed room spray or perhaps febreze. We had to open windows to clear it.
