Positive section of review
My stay there was very satisfying. Everything in an old style but practical and trim. I really was feeling like I AM in Scotland. A bed was comfortable and I've had enough place in my single room. The breakfast was fulfilling and personel also were nice. The daily evening concerts at 21.30 were excellent, especially the song with the drum. I'm glad that I choose that place to stay.

Alright hotel, clean, spaceous, does the job. The building has beautiful interior. If you need a place to crash or aren't concerned with vanity, this is actually a very comfortable room. Huge bathroom, as big as the room.

The tv was glitching out and we couldn't watch snooker. There is a bathtub and the showerhead couldn't be turned on, maybe it was something they disabled to avoid accidents or maybe I should have asked the staff but taking a bath was nice. It was also football season and every hotel was getting booked out so I feel as though I have been robbed a little with the price I paid.

The location of the hotel is good, the room was clear. There is an air conditioner in room which worked very good. The staff is very friendly and will help you with everything you need.

The bathroom door is transparent and you can see the silhouette XD If you are coming for business trip or fresh relationship- pay attention for it :) The room is very small and in bathroom you have a toilet and a shower, the sink is outside in the room. You can hear the trains (not loud, but you can hear it). Also there was a problem with a boiler of the building and we didn't have hot water in the shower for 1 day- the staff informed us only on the next day that there is a problem (but they fixed it fast so in the evening of the next day everything was fine).

The apartment was well appointed, although it didn't have a clothes dryer as per condominium. Very handy to shops and restaurants.

The location is fantastic and the staff are warm and friendly. The bedroom was large, and the bed was very comfortable.

The steam room, sauna and pool have seen better days - they were stained and grotty. The gym also didn't have any wet kit bags. No one answered the room service calls or calls to reception from the bedroom phone (at reasonable times). And it was impossible to book a quiet room ahead of arrival. Lastly, the Chicken Milanese arrived overcooked, dripping in oil and smothered in mayonnaise which they said was 'truffle aioli'. Quite unpleasant.
