  The young gentleman named vikram made our stay very comfortable. He went over and beyond to help us with a technical problem we had with our TV. Not only did he help us but he placed us in a new room when the problem was not resolved. He was very polite and professional. Anyone who stays at the hotel ask for vikram he will deal with you in the best possible manner. We’ll definitely stay again because of him.

  Helpful friendly staff but would be useful to know it is not on site staff. Only five minutes from Silvertown Station.. Very well equipped, very big apartment giving lots of room. Big balcony. Comfortable beds and great storage Some useful Beverage and food items Bottled water great idea. Great area for Excel centre and walks around Docks

  Building is not actually custom house but East Quay. Near Trinity light ship Need information on key fob for entry and exit Gas hob only worked on one ring Curtains dont slide Balcony needs tidying and mop and buckets removed and maybe nice table and chairs

  Tom and Fran were amazing hosts, they made us feel so at home and the breakfast was amazing each morning. We stayed here the night of our wedding and they went above and beyond, even drawing wedding bells in the butter! We had an amazing time, thank you!

  The standard room had all that was required. I liked having the TV, tea making facilities, a good shower. Everything worked. The bed was very comfortable. Cafe/restaurant on site was good and the food was good. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

  I was kept awake and was frightened and upset by considerable noise from the room above. I requested a change of room but was initially told I would have to pay extra for an upgraded room. The alternative was to phone the hall porter if there was a problem. Eventually another member of staff arranged another room for me. This allowed a good night's sleep the next night.

  The parking area is a very inconvenient location and will be cumbersome for elderly or people who can not walk or climb stairs (25 stairs to reach the parking level - with no lift).
