Central location, ease of using all modes of transport, this hotel is perfect, the staff are so friendly & helpful, the food is delicious, and priced accordingly for the area, and may I say well worth tasting!! especially the breakfasts, the choice is outstanding, really 10/10, Lorraine & Alexander really went out of their way, as did most of the staff to help in anyway they could, the hotel has a lift which is perfect for those who find stairs troublesome, and the taxis are not too expensive either, you'll find the variety is astounding, literally something for everyone in the surrounding areas, there is so much choice whether you're looking out for eateries, entertainment, hotels to stay, pub, clubs, you could not ask for a more vibrant city, and of course you could always jump on a train and go through to Edinburgh for a visit and soak up a different atmosphere altogether there....... A must see for anyone...... Xx

There was an awful lot of construction work going on, which in itself is fantastic, regeneration hopefully as I am against regentrification, but whilst it goes on it's disruptive, messy and makes it look messy and untidy, especially whilst you are showing your guest around your hometown

We loved everything- our host was so friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, cosy and fully equipped. The bathroom and wet room shower space was large and clean. We had a really good full English breakfast - with bottomless coffee and tea. Location right near Kew Gardens and opposite a bus stop was ideal for us. We are definitely going back!

A beautiful apartment just opposite the pier. It looks like on the pictures. Very well equipped, soo many toys to choose from! Just amazing. The host was very responsive, she even organised for us to check in earlier and to extend our stay twice without any problems.

Everything was just perfect. Water in the clean room. Amazingly comfortable bed I even took a photo so I would know what mattress to buy next. The staff were also next level especially Jacqueline who was an absolute delight. Thank you all x

Tiny toilet, smaller than one in a plane, with no basin. We had to open the door to bend over. The separate shower room was not much bigger. Also, I’m not a fan of the push button water supply.
