If you are staying on Golebia street you check in at the main reception and from there it is a 5 minute walk thru the square to the accommodation. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and I would highly recommend it . You do need to go up a flight of stone stairs so if you have mobility issues then this is not for you .”

    - “I had a wonderfull small holiday at Mandarin. It was a first experience for us at this hotel group and for sure we will try the Mandarin in other cities from now on. We had a deluxe premier room and it was very spacious, very clean, large bathroom. I appreciated the treats we received when we entered the room (fruits and candies), a personalized hand-written note, the butler’s 24h service, the sound system, the beach/pool bag… We asked for a specific higher-floor room with view towards the Icon Siam Mall and we received just that! It felt that we were trully taken care of! The pool was a good retreat after visiting the city with a perfect blend of private and nature. The ice-cream “on the house” offered at noon was a cool bonus. We could use the facilities and pool untill afternoon when we left for the airport and it was a great rest before the flight. We rented a car with deuver for Ayutthaya and it was great. The driver Kid always offered us cooling cold napkins with great smell when we finished visiting temples. He was a good guide and we had the most one could do in this 7 hour tour. Breakfast is delicious and with a variety of foods. Omlette was delicious! The boat to cross to the mall is a big plus! … and it is very nice to just take a ride. Loved everything!”

      Seaview Sanctuary B&B is very comfortable and "homey" with great views of the ocean. The location is wonderful: close to the town centre and pier. There is ample opportunity for walking along the sea front. Friendly hosts Richard and Katie pay attention to detail, even providing home baked cakes for complimentary afternoon tea in the conservatory. Personalised continental breakfasts are ample and good value. I will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

      The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and kind. The breakfast included different varieties of food. My request of a baby cot was answered. The location of the hotel is convenient. We got free drinks and snacks as a result of keeping us waiting for a few minutes even though it was becuase of my misunderstanding of the room occupancy policy. I definitely would recommend Hampton by Hilton hotel at Canterbury.

      The only problem I had during my stay is that I did not find a toothbrush and slipers for toilet in my room which I was expecting. I am not sure if they forgot to provide my room with these items or they do not provide them in the hotel.

      Apartment was fairly spacious and clean but lacked a few amenities, especially for anything longer than one a one night stay. Although one of the beds had not been made up before our arrival this was quickly rectified and we were given inclusive breakfasts as means of compensation - much appreciated. The breakfasts were very good!

      Although the apartment is clean and a good size, the furniture in the bedrooms is a little 'tired' and has obviously seen better days, plus the living/kitchen areas were lacking a few basic amenities in order to cater for x4 people: 1. There was only seating for x2 people (two-seater couch). 2. No dining table or chairs. 3. Only x1 cup in kitchen cupboards.

      The hotel was good. Excellent housekeeping. Staf were courteous and helpful Food was very over priced and not up to expectations. Ki have eaten better in most restaurants. Breakfast was also not good. Though I had excellent poached eggs

      Large room on the front of the hotel, with pleasant views. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Dinner was excellent. Plenty of parking and good access to bus and rail. Breakfast freshly cooked.

      Entrance at rear of building to reception is rather scruffy and off-putting. A service charge was added to residents food bill (10%). Choice of cereals at breakfast was limited. No muesli or granola.

      The location was fantastic. A 15 minute walk from the station and a 10 minute walk into the main shopping area. Nottingham castle was a 2 minute walk . Lots of pubs and eateries around.

      A code was needed to get in the front door and trying to balance my small suitcase on the very narrow front stairs was tricky. The code pad was very hard to see during the day. Once up the stairs to room no. 4 there was another code pad to get in. The room was sparse to say the least. Two rather large dressers and a bed. No bedside tables or lamps. Not even a chair to sit in. There was a sign behind the door saying not to move any furniture. What furniture?? No tea or coffee making facilities. The tv remote control worked occasionally. The bed was comfy enough but the bed linen was a disgrace. Looked more like a crinkle cut chip. As for the two bath towels, they are older than i am. No bathroom floor mat either. When you flushed the toilet , there was barely any water coming out of the basin tap.

      Hotel was looking a bit tired. Needing an upgrade.was clean enough. Beds were comfy, room was adequate, breakfast was good and plentiful.

      The location. Too far from the city centre. Although, there is a bust stop ( on the great Western rd) just across from the hotel. Frequent buses going to and from the city centre.

      Service in the restaurant on both occasions was so bad I would never return. Plus they had the audacity to phone saying that I hadn’t paid for the meal that took 3 hours to serve. Which I had. Restaurant was terrible service.
