Lovely hotel, great location on a not too busy street but within easy walking distance of Victoria stations. Nicely decorated, our room and bathroom was small but perfectly adequate for a one night stay, the beds were comfy and we got a good nights sleep. Staff very friendly and communal areas were welcoming. For the price we paid I thought it was really good value for money for a fairly central hotel.

Location was perfect for St Pancras. Rooms are comfortable and extremely well equipped with sockets/charging points. We were promised a more convenient room for our second stay and got one. The Italian restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel served us a reasonably priced evening meal and substantial breakfast.

The hotel's design means there are steps up to reception and down to the lift. It's hard to see how they could change this but travellers with luggage should be prepared.

I did like the location, very close to the metro station (The Elizabeth line - purple), a very quiet area. In the area you have a lot of shops, a market and restaurants.

I didn't like the bed because it was so uncomfortable, the noise from the floor and because we stayed in the room number 2, it was above the kitchen from the restaurant, in the morning they started to cook and the noise was very loud.
