Brand new apartments, beautifully furnished and containing everything one would need during the stay, including kitchen utensils, washing up stuff and dishwasher tabs. We had to request bedding for the sofabed but when we returned the sofabed was made. Fabulous shower too.

The bathroom light is automatic, i.e. there is no switch and it takes a long time to turn itself off. The bin only allowed for recycling, which is great but we had food waste and didn't know what to do with it (we did tell the staff when we checked out).

The breakfast is for you to prepare it yourself. We ate cereals and some fruit but the kitchen was full of other guesses at the time so we had to go somewhere else to eat. You could cook yourself some eggs but there were only three left.

My daughter wanted to try the bobble bath but when I switched it on loads of dirt started coming out of the pipes and she ended up covered in dirt..

Parking was closed by and the location was brilliant. You could also call the owners if you had any issues and they were very helpful.

Despite noting guests would get a discounted parking rate in the adjacent hotel, I arrived to find this now needs to be pre booked (never the case previously), this should have been made crystal clear in the post booking communication. Despite paying extra for breakfast (against my better judgement as the prices charged are always a rip off), it was possibly the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. Staff were virtually non existent & we couldn't wait to exit and get some half decent food.
