Excellent location right on Loch Ness. Room was wonderful with a patio overlooking the water and access to the water. One of a kind location. Hosts were so friendly and helpful giving us info about the area. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the lighter options and that it was self serve. Highly recommended.

The property was lovely and perfect for what we needed, one night stay while we were at a wedding. We got there around 11pm and it was super easy to get access, slept really well the beds were comfy, had a very pleasant shower in the morning and left about 10am

Location of bedroom. It was situation at the rear of the hotel above the hotel delivery and golf buggy deport. A party on Saturday night was also at the rear of the hotel. Overall, a noise stay

In order to gain access to the property you had to go to a local spar, 5minute drive away or a 12 minute walk. No parking there as loading only. When I arrived at the underground parking I was unable to gain access at first. No clear signage as to parking space. No instructions how to gain access to property. Eventually helped by a resident. Only one door gave access. Lifts not working so climbed stairs to the 4th floor. Finally gained access to an overwhelming smell of smoke throughout the non smoking apartment with burn holes in the curtains. I appreciate the key issue, however when I did get the key and finally gained access to the property via the underground carpark it was not clear where to park, then I had issues getting into the building as the hey fob only worked on one door. A resident finally helped. The apartment was one the 4th floor and the lift was not working. I struggled to get up the stairs, stepping over patches of urine in some places. So I rang to express my concerns and was told to take the stairs slower and they could not move me to a different place. I asked for a refund for the second night and this was refused. The reason being that the lift not working was an act of God and not their problem. I went back down to my car to get my luggage and as I did so the pace was raided by the police. I decided to leave the premise and return the key. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
