When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

The rooms are furnished ok and it's in central Bewdley so if window rattling decibels and bedbugs (see photo) is ok with you, you'll like it well enough. There is tea. The shower works. The two staff members I spoke to (a barperson and a very understanding cleaner called Helga) were polite

I did not have a lovely time in Room 2 -very very loud noise singer until after 11, sex noise from neighbours, TVs, MC started at 6am, bedbugs - and cut my stay short because it was hideous (strongly disadvise for people with audio sensitivity, people who like to sleep at night, people with kids, people with mobility issues, people with ears and people who like to stay parasite free). I'd stayed at the local Wetherspoons last year and regretted not just staying there again this year. I am still waiting on the refund because I've had to go through the booking.com complaints procedure- maybe the manager is on holiday because the Trumpet has not been keen to talk to me. Hopefully my experience is a one-off but reading the other reviews maybe not. It was the Eurovision weekend and if it had been the band members of ABBA here on tour rather than a lass hoping to go to a professional conference having had sleep and without bedbug horror, they might have written Super Trouper like this... 🎼🎶🎶 I was sick and tired of everything After driving three hours from Portsmouth Hadn't stopped to eat or anything In my haste to reach the midlands from the South So imagine, I was glad to reach the Trumpet Suddenly I feel all right And I think I will feel better After a good sleep tonight Except the Horn and Trumpet sounded like a mosh pit Not in a good way Loud singing Friday Nowhere I can get away The thumping Horn And Trumpet Maybe I can lump it And they'll shut up soon? Because in my room There is just a constant boom I decide to leave out of the door As maybe being patient would be right? But on my return I must endure A screech of "In the air tonight" There are moments when I think I'm going crazy But it's gonna be alright Because it's gone eleven, they will surely stop tonight (right?

The hotel was clean with good facilities, the ironing station is nice touch as is the library. Enjoyed the poached eggs and salmon for breakfast. All staff were friendly.

The area isn't the nicest and as sole female traveller on business I felt a little intimidated and for that reason I wouldn't stay here again. I liked that the lift access was restricted by room cards only. The drinks at the bar were expensive (even for London) £27 for a large wine and a double vodka.

The hotel lobby was nice and there were refreshments available in the lobby. The restaurant was also very good.

The room was terrible. The carpet was wet in places upon arrival to the point my socks were soaked. When our luggage was brought up I showed the bell boy and he just shrugged. The fixtures were not up to date and there were hard water stains all over the shower. The shower also had a very fowl smell of sewage. The view outside was of the building next door with graffiti spelling out obscenities.

There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room although one was provided when I asked. Also 1 towel between 2 adults isn’t enough.

Bedroom -rather a lot of features didn't work. Curtain rail broken, shower flooded the place due to blocked nozzles, lighting in shower useless, mirror impossible to use for shaving, makeup, etc due to position in corner of bathroom, no shaver socket, radiator on all night. Breakfast wasn't great -no choice just pastry and service v slow. Floors needed cleaning.

Room was very clean and beds were comfortable

The heat in the room on the 5th floor was unbearable and affected all of ours sleep quality. There was no windows to open. No ventilation. There was a skylight which had no blind on therefore as soon as it became light in shone down onto me directly in bed. The shower trickled but was hot enough. Breakfast was awful, cheap sausages bacon and beans, mushrooms were swimming in water.
