The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The staff very graciously set up a bed for my daughter in our room when I asked for twin beds. They also allowed us to check in early as our flight from New York came in before three o’clock. The breakfast was varied and copious and kept us going for much of the day.

The only problem we encountered were the curtains in the room which we could not close completely. A bit of a problem as the room looked down on Leicester Square and the lights of the square were bright until about one in the morning.

About the only thing we liked initially was the Location, However, the old sash windows, may of well been none existant as they kept little or no noise out all night.

The Fact that it was so small and cramped. so small in fact you couldn't even sit on the loo properly as everything was just crammed in to what can only be described as a shoe box. Tried to make a coffee with the few bits that were left us, and the little cartons of milk had turned sour. The only top to put anything on was a small windowsill. The room was barely big enough for 1 person let alone two, it was so small we even had to store our 2 x Cabin bags in the shower cubicle, until we need the shower of course. The floor was lifting, The shower took absolutely ages to get warm, we had to climb over each other to get in to bed. I definitely would not recommend this place, guys premier Inn is just down the road, if only we knew.

the bed was very small for 2 people, definitely didn’t seem to be a double bed (must have been a 4ft or small double) so was a bit cramped. Wifi was shocking , wouldn’t connect to the tv at all and keep connecting and disconnecting to our phones , text the whatsapp number and someone came up to look at it and said he didn’t know what was wrong and he couldn’t fix it (he would have to get a maintenance person to look at it) so we were without access to the smart tv apps for our stay. Windows are very hard and stiff to open , no ac in the property (which is fine but could be doing with an extra fan as the weather was 20 degrees so it got very hot and one small fan was not enough)

Close to Salford uni and the city centre

The bathroom fan didn’t turn off with the light, found that noisy at night.
