excellent staff very friendly and always ready to help, good room, there is a coffee machine in the room. Convenient parking. Wonderful breakfast, not a buffet but you choose from a menu, and their cuisine is wonderful!!! very friendly staff at breakfast, unfortunately I don’t know the name of the guy who gave us the service, but he has a cool tattoo on his arm with a dog. Special thanks to him, his friendliness made our day.

No meals were included. The location was excellent with good sea views although the surrounding area felt a bit mixed. The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Furnishings and fittings on the whole were of a good standard and quality

There was nothing to dislike but the mattress protector was missing on the bed in the second bedroom and there was a shortage of tumblers although plenty of other glasses. We found the 13.5 tog quilts far too warm even though it was a cold weekend. Some spare lighter weight quilts of 4.5 tog or even 9 tog would have made our stay perfect and resulted in a score of 10…!

Staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early. The room was comfy, clean and inviting. Fantastic value for money, especially with cooked breakfast included with a great choice of food.

No PIN number was provided. Tried several times to reach someone. No help available. Waited and waited over three (3) hours. Finally received email 5:30pm but had left & booked into another place.

Convenient location and we could arrive and leave at times to suit our needs as code entry. Room was warm and adequate breakfast provisions.

There was a crack in the sink bowl which was leaking and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom which I think was from the drains or septic tank.

The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, everything was close by and the staff were polite and helpful.
