Good location, a lot of information given by the host, car park free booked in advance. All rooms got very good-sized, got everything I need. Excellent iron better than mine at home 🙂. The kitchen is very well updated with everything you need. Fresh milk on arrives, coffee, tea, and as a complement a coffee machine, thank you so much I wish I could have at least one more night to sleep, but it was fully booked 😪.

Breakfast choice was limited. Would have preferred more choice of a buffet with various cereals, yoghurt, fruit etc. Would also have liked choice of omelette rather than full cooked breakfast.

The property welcomed our two dogs, which was a significant plus for us, and it was clean upon arrival.

We were left outside for over an hour as the key was missing, making our arrival extremely stressful. Many parts of the property were poorly installed and maintained. For example, the bath was not sealed properly and felt very loose, making it unusable. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, causing us to be awake from 3 am and unable to sleep. The underlay into the bedroom is missing, resulting in a large hole which my daughter kept tripping over. The sliding door is not fitted correctly and looks like it could break very easily if used frequently. Despite being dog-friendly, the neighbors upstairs are allergic to dogs, and the cleaner was very scared of them. Additionally, someone along the road even threatened me because of the dogs. The garden was overgrown with weeds and stinging nettles, making it unpleasant to use. After requesting a partial refund due to these issues, the owner has now blocked us. There were no cups available to make tea in the morning, and there was dirty washing left in the washing machine. Considering we paid £163 for this stay and chose your property over competitors mainly for the spa bath (which we were too tired to use), the overall experience was very disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the standards to avoid such issues for future guests.

Asked them to book a taxi for me and itnever came. Food was either cold or luke warm. Bathroom far too small. Toilet roll holder came off every time I sat on the toilet and the shower was far too small and a job to get into. Staff not interested in smiling at the customers. Felt it was an effort to do anything.
