Location is great being only a few minutes walk from the main quay area with its many pubs and restaurants. The apartment is spacious enough for a stay and has all the amenities you could need. Parking is right outside.

The only thing we struggled with was getting the TV in the lounge to work. It seemed to have lost its WiFi connection. It wasn't a major issue .

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, they explained everything to us and helped us find our way to where we needed to go. The free coffee was a lovely touch, and nothing seemed too much trouble

Everything was superb! The next time I'm in Ireland I will certainly be staying here again. Staff were super friendly, the food was spot on and the hotel was always pristine. Awesome hotel.

Overpriced. They should have given atleast couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room. Doesnt cost much but gives good impression. Cleanliness in the room bit average

On arrival it was demanded I produce a passport or drivers license. I don't drive and I am not in the habit of bringing a passport for a short domestic break Eventually they accepted my bankcard after receiving a lecture from the receptionist. Room was very dated with a window which was impossible to close. Hot water in shower was dangerously hot-definite h&s hazard! Room was rather dark and gloomy and rather stuffy but the compulsory ventilation provided some air but meant noise outside throughout the stay. Whole place was very run down and soulless. Rest of the htl staff were fine.

Hard bed, the bathroom in room 5 was very very small considering the size of the room, at first we thought it was more storage room until we opened it. Couldn’t dry yourself properly after shower so had to come into bedroom Curtains need fixing to the track For £15 breakfast need more choice on the menu
