Stayed here last night as we went to the Coop arena to see the Eagles. Fantastic location, 10 mins walk from Piccadilly train station & a 20 minute walk to the eithad campus. Check in was easy & both reception staff were very friendly & knowledgeable with information regarding transport to the arena. Our room was on the 12th floor so we had amazing views. Room was well appointed, massive comfy bed, decent shower, well stocked compliment tray, espresso machine & fridge. All staff we came into contact with were very friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel & we would book again if back in Manchester.

The location is stunning. You can park up and have a drink/lunch in the garden before check-in if you like, or head up into the hills if you like a good walk. Alternatively, the village is quaint and you can wander along the beck with an ice cream. We enjoyed the evening too, eating in the restaurant. Our dog was also made welcome. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and attentive. The bedroom was small but adequate and peaceful with a nice shower and pretty view over the hills behind the hotel. The bedding was good quality and the bed and pillows nice and comfy. The cooked breakfast was lovely!

The only thing we missed was fresh fruit. There were prunes and some fruit but I think it was the frozen type and the prunes had stones in.

It's a nice, comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Could have had a little more variety for breakfast but it was still nice. Room was clean with lots of storage space. Bathroom was nice.

The room was just too small. To be fair it was cheaper than the rest of the rooms but it was one of 2 attic rooms and the space was very tight. The fixed mirror had no socket near enough for hair drying. .Just needs more attention to the small details which make a stay enjoyable at all levels.

Location is good and space for car parking. Friendly neighbour. Has good WIFI and TV and the heating system was excellent.

I think the main thing which we all didn't like was the floor boards too squeaky and noisy, it felt like it could fall through anytime. Also the pots and pans looks a bit worn and unclean so we didn't use it and the utensils and draws could do with a proper deep clean.. Also maybe have some hooks behind the bedroom doors.
