Positive section of review
We had a small but perfectly fine room in what is a small house, with shared bathroom for guests. We found it really good value for money given that we were in London. It also brought us to a part of town that tourists normally never see, which turned out to be an interesting neigbourhood full of great Indian restaurants. We did not meet any staff but it was easy to be in contact over Whatsapp, and small issues were swiftly dealt with.

Not so much something we did not like but be aware when booking that this is quite far out from city centre. It is not the typical London from your guidebook but that makes it even better to visit!

The house was perfect. Brilliant location. You can walk to town in 5 minutes. It feels so homely and has everything you need. Everything was arranged really well including help with parking. Welcome basket was a lovely touch. House is beautiful and would definitely stay again if I returned to Bath. Thanks Helen!

Spacious, beautifully decorated, warm, comfortable, equipped to very high standard. Location was incredible, parking garden, privacy. The communication with owner was highly professional and very helpful. A wonderful stay we hope to be back.

The property was clean inside and had everything someone could have needed. Location was close to places like theme park Weston etc perfect for what we wanted it for. Nice quite site. Prompt replies from the owners when needing help.

The caravan was great but the outside of the caravan could do with a good scrub down and the gardening needs to be done it’s all over grown. Lots of cobwebs on the decking. Lots of cats around the area not a bad thing for us but for someone else could be and they tend to sit in the long grass by the caravan. Radiator is a bit rusty but for what it is it was great.

A little tired , bed uncomfortable due to poor mattress and obviously only used as a signal there was a definite imprint in the mattress where people sleep, bathroom door didn’t close, room door poor fitting allowing a lot of light through at night, bathroom was tired with cracked floor tiles, wall tiles that needed grouting, dirty shower cubical and poor water pressure . Smoke detector in one of the room damaged , floor felt like it was only just about supporting you as you walk into the bathroom, lots of noise from other rooms especially in the morning, could hear other people using the shower and moving about., all said we would visit again

The apartment was big enough for five of us. Heater works well. All the facilities advertised work well.

The elevator only go to even floors (2, 4, 6, 8) Our apartment was located on the 3rd floor. We have to go to 4th floor and come down one floor. It was quite a burden with luggage (on arrival and departure.) This was not mentioned in the promo page in booking.com. Should mention this so people can consider! Hidden. The apartment was a bit tired - needs refurbish.
