      This was our first time staying in a pod type property and we were not disappointed. The hosts were lovely and the property itself was spotless. The enclosed garden was perfect for the kids, the fire pit is gorgeous and the hot tub is massive. It had everything we needed to have a couple nights away as a family where we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. Loved the honesty shop idea and having fresh eggs was an added bonus. And to top it off we witnessed the northern lights on our stay. Thank you for having us we would love to come back.

      If we were to be pernickety having a high chair option for the baby would have been helpful and the shower wasn’t great but this didn’t really effect us much as it was a short stay

      Took the train from Fort William to spend the night then used the Ben Lomond Explorer ferry to access Ben Lomond the next day, followed by dinner at the hotel and train back to Fort Wililam. Staff were helpful and attentive, comfy room and delicious food. Makes an excellent car-free mini-break, with the added bonus of not having to deal with numpty drivers on the A82 or worry about where to park!

      The venue was an ideal base for birding trips. Very quiet location. Loved the garden and annex. A great location for eating out. So much to choose from. We would return

      Provide instructions on how to use the dishwasher/ microwave/ cooker ie temperature control/ air fryer (never used one so didn;t have a clue what to do with it). The bedframe front room is too large at the door end. I have bruises where I walked into the frame. Happy to explain in more detail

      The location is wonderful, in the middle of Oxford, close to most important monument. The staff is really empatic. Breakfast is good and the dining room is comfortable.

      Everything would have been what I'd expected for £100 a night, twin room - but that's not what I paid. The staff were very friendly and polite throughout.

      I paid £150 for the night, rather than £100, because the hotel showed a picture of the grand piano in the lobby (as all good hotels have). That was the single sole reason I paid more. Might have had half an hour on it, that would have been enough. There was no grand piano. I then messaged on booking.com to say the above, and the only response was "You've forgotten to give us feedback"... This does not come across as very professional. I would like an answer, and I would ideally like that answer to be "we've seen sense and got the piano back, please stay with us on xxx". I had also forgotten when I messaged before, but there was a disgusting brown stain on the bedsheets.
