Beautiful Setting. Breakfast was good but not included in price. Lunch we had at hotel was delicious. All staff very helpful, kind & went out of their way to sort out Wi Fi which was non existent in our suite! This made it very difficult for us to communicate with family in Longridge.

The suite was in another building away from Dining area & bar. My husband struggles to walk after his Stroke. Many stairs to get to our suite. Which we found was very dated sofa & chairs very uncomfortable & worn out. The fact that the bed and the bathroom were on different levels is not a good idea. Much better if bed & bathroom in same area & sitting room upstairs. I think this must and should be made clear when booking.

Useful location for hospital in a less build up part of Birmingham. An interesting building, the manor originating from 1921 but little of the original features remain. Staff mostly friendly. Was cheap.

Feels like a budget hotel. Very tired and dated back to when the hideous extension of soleless rooms were added. The whole place feels sad and neglected. A place you might stop off at for the night.

Having to take our own bed linen and towels. Entertainment was not clear what was on when Restaurant was expensive but not value for money despite saying they did takeaways one person said they don't and another said they don't at the weekends

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It really needs a good refurb. The carpet in our room was filthy so many marks and stains. There was a large crack in the shower tray and the breakfast was very mediocre. This is definitely a budget hotel on par with an ibis budget but sadly we paid a lot more than an ibis budget. I wouldn't stay here again.
