The bar/hotel is in great location handy for the local bars/ restaurants etc but far enough away not to have a lot of outside noise. Our room was on the ground floor of a separate block which meant that we had no window and had to use a curtain across the door for some privacy, a curtain that didn't quite fit. The room was very clean as was the bathroom, the bed was comfortable and looked as if had recently had a new mattress but the rest of the furniture looked somewhat dated as did the decor. We didn't eat there in the evening so can't comment on that but the breakfast was very nice.

Really friendly helpful staff, all welcoming and proud of their business,hotel and restaurant. We had a meal on arrival at Button factory next door ,food was delicious, cocktails were nice, all staff attentive and efficient. Bedroom was lovely,bed comfortable,very clean, tv and WiFi worked well. Continental Breakfast at Button factory really fresh and varied,plenty of choice,again staff really helpful. Good location for city centre about 20 minute walk.

No parking here so we parked at Newhall Street NCP which cost us £53 for 2 days.

Loved the super sized comfy bed. Very clean and tidy. The iPad to control thinks was very convenient. Loved the shower too. Super friendly, helpful staff.

A small kettle in the room would have been great and a means to iron clothes. I didn’t like where the switches were situated behind the bed. My head kept accidentally activating them.

Breakfast was basic but tasty. The hotel is clean, rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Great for a 2 night stay. Location great.

Ordered dinner from the bar menu on night 1. The burger was dry and lukewarm. The ribs were tasty but that's about it.
