Motel One is nicely furnished and decorated. Very pleasing to the eye. Beds were big and comfortable with many pillows. Lobby has lots of room for socialising or just hanging out. The lobby has a bar with wide selection of drinks. Customer service is excellent everywhere in this hotel. This hotel is very clean and well maintained, which makes it feel like it is brand new.

The apartment is in a London suburb, but with a lot of facilities nearby (supermarkets, stores, metro station). There's enough room for a family - which is quite rare in London - and possibility to prepare and consume meals, including a dishwasher. We appreciated it a lot. Furniture is recent and functional. Overall a very convenient accomodation.

the hand soap and shampoo dispensers were nice and eco friendly. the bed was comfy, I didnt use the kettle but there was a nice selection of teas and coffees.

the only things that i wasnt a fan of was my room safe had a small issue in which the batteries failed so my things were locked inside for a bit. my other complaint is the my room had no opening window, this meant i had to keep the aircon on all the time.

The wording in the room said refurbished less than a year ago. Peeling paint, stains and marks on walls, cold showers at night, warm at best in the morning disputes this entirely. Old nasty pipework and bathrooms, black mould around shower cubicles. I booked 3 rooms, only one (dog friendly outside room) gave a hot shower. However no sleep to be had in this room due to the thin ceilings so could hear every footfall and noise from the young family in the room above. The rooms in the main building had windows that rattled every time a vehicle passed on the busy road outside and additionally were described as deluxe double rooms and only had 4ft beds. Entirely uncomfortable in every way for our elderly parents.

This was the most terrific stay I’ve ever experienced absolutely atrocious the host was rude and arrogant I’ve booked the property and he asked for ID in order to receive the PIN number to get into the property which I’ve then provided then he says I need proof of address but I was unable to as I was stranded in Leeds so I had to book this to stay the night and he did not budge he should have mentioned that at the start but he did not but luckily I managed to get it sent to me from my boss and sent it over to the host and then he finally gave us the details to get into the property and upon entering there was a really damp smell and dusty conditions and really dirty around also the tv did not work and I messaged the host and he did not help me whatsoever he just said find the settings what’s that even meant to mean so I checked the settings and they were all fine and the tv still did not work and he was no help and reply time was awful
