Our hosts could not have been more welcoming. Breakfast was great and the service was exceptional. Our room was small but comfortable and clean. The location is absolutely ideal, close to the seafront and pleasure beach as well as South Pier. The wifi worked well, we didn't find the code for this until later (it was on a printed sheet in a drawer in our room) but that was partly our fault for not asking about it earlier in our stay. We had no issues with overnight noise either. I would definitely stay here again

The flat was exactly like the pictures. Absolutely lovely. Unbelievable value for money and loads of cute little extras left for us. Just a short walk to Montrose beach, which is easily one of the prettiest beaches I have seen. Our dog settled in straight away. This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday, and I would love to return one day.

There is honestly nothing I can report that I didn't like about my weekend at Life's A Beach. The only downside really was maybe the parking. With it being street parking, it is first come, first park, so we ended up quite far down the road, which wasn't ideal for unloading and loading the car but not a problem for the weekend. Who needs the car when there is so much beauty within walking distance 😊

Loved the arty decoration & welcoming touches. Absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Perfect location to visit everything you might want to see in Edinburgh. Parking on site. Tumble dryer! The rest of our family made a new stripey friend (see photo)

Key collection is not easy if you are arriving by car. The key box is located on the Royal Mile which is extremely busy & not at the accommodation.
