Excellent barn conversion property in a sleepy location with a lovely back garden for use if required. Parking around the back is nice as well . The room was very spacious and tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean with a nice modern en suite . Entry is via a private back door which gives it a more apartment like feel . There is also a microwave and toaster as well as a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee . There is also a separate toilet for use in the hallway or lobby . Really enjoyed our far too short stay and hopefully will return 😊

Perfectly located in the cathedral quarter of Belfast, lots of bars, pubs and restaurants around the corner. Small supermarket right next to the hotel. Rather small but clean and modern room with ensuite bathroom/shower. Astonishingly quiet. Do-it-yourself breakfast is very basic and more reminiscent of a youth hostel. Still, very good value for money.

Excellent location! Our host was super kind and helpful and gave us really good suggestions, and even invited us to a local pub quiz! Nice breakfast and the room and facilities were extremely clean! Would love to return here and to the island in general!

Breakfast was a bonus because it is advertised as self catering. We enjoyed a very generous continental breakfast which was supplied free of charge in the most exquisite dining room that we had to ourselves.

The room was excellent - nice and big. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Parking on site, which was reasonably priced.

It would have been handy to have had instructions on how to use the heating/air conditioning panel in the room. It is quite a walking distance into town, though this wasn't a problem for us.

A lovely clean hotel, located next to their own amazingly good Italian restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised considering how relatively low cost it was.

Location was good and amazing But was very disappointed by cleanliness. Very dirty from inside like last cleaning was done few years back . Toilet and shower falling apart . Think owner should check with cleaning staff . We requested owner vacuum cleaner so we can clean it ourselves but there is no way to get it .
