After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

If you don't mind a small room with a small kitchenette, this room would serve your purpose. We chose this hotel as it was within our budget, but more importantly, it was near to the St Pancreas International (less than 10 mins' walk). I don't recall there be any facilities, however I gave a rating of 10 because it meets our budget and purpose.

Young lady on reception was very welcoming and friendly. Explained everything we needed to know. Breakfast was very Bar was very busy (Friday night) but were able to use seats/tables being used in part of the dining room. Breakfast was good. Served in good time. A generous portion and well-cooked and presented

Unfortunately, person in room close to us decided to play music (radio?) at 5am - not the hotel's fault but.....

The house was exactly as described in the information. Cute, clean little house. Great communication with Jenny. She sent explanations, videos and photos about how to access the house and where to park close by and how to work the heating. The house is close to public transport and a short walk to the castle.

Nothing. It was perfect.

The staff at the Inn were very friendly which was refreshing and welcoming after a long drive. The rooms were pleasant and very comfortable, quiet and the heating warmed the room perfectly!

It was my birthday whilst there and despite sharing this with staff there was no extra 'mile' travelled or even a birthday discount to use on a return trip.

Room very small. No heating, fridge stinks and blanket very thin for room with no heating. Thin walls can hear every single cars drop past plus noise from airplanes.

So many things.

Lounge furniture was excruciatingly uncomfortable for those of us with back issues.

Nothing about the experience was 5 star and that’s putting it lightly. Extremely disorganised. - The most outrageous part was having a mouse casually walk on our feet while we were in the hotel lounge having a drink! Giving a couple of us have extreme phobia this was traumatic to say the least! The hotel offered a refund for the cheapest night which wasn’t the night of the rat. - Breakfast service was poor and all over the place. - Room service took forever, a couple of times we forgot we ordered room service by the time they showed up and once we were asleep. - The spa was dirty and outdated, don’t believe the pictures! With clusters of hair everywhere. It was manky to say the least. Spa staff not present and inattentive when present. Probably gets cleaned once a day if that! Added a couple of those pictures - The cleaner showed up to clean with a bucket of cleaning products and a rag. There was no hoovering involved just the toilet and surfaces which didn’t feel much different to be honest especially for a « 5 star »
