Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. The rooms were freshly renovated, the staff were exceptional, breakfast was an absolute surprise. This hotel was exceptional.

Great area in London really close to Leicester Square!! Staff were lovely and let us leave our bags before check in and were more than helpful when asked about information.

Not much, really. I only booked as I needed somewhere to stay for the night as I was seeing a Bruce Springsteen concert at the Principality Stadium.

The pillows were mean and thin, useless to try and sleep with. The duvets were not much better...I had to use both of the duvets from the two beds in the room to keep warm. The chair in the room was grubby and stained. Terrible for the price... I have stayed at the St Pancras Hotel in London for less. I understand about dynamic pricing, but this was greedy.

If you're looking to be woken up at 10 a.m. on a Saturday by a fire alarm due to someone else cooking in their room, then this is the hotel for you.🙂 No staff came to clarify that it was a false alarm, leading us to have a panic attack during our vacation. We requested at least a complimentary breakfast as compensation, but our request was ignored. Additionally, I feel the value for money at this hotel is lacking.

Was not given the apartment we booked and paid for. The host told us last minute (past check in time on day of arrival), after we made numerous calls, that the apartment wasn’t available. Got given a totally different apartment in a different area, that was not even close to reaching standards. Did not match photos either. Did not stay the night, booked elsewhere.
