AVOID AT ALL COSTS - horrendous experience & only got £15 refund! All rooms at the front are right alongside the very busy main road Carpets in both the corridors & bedroom were disgusting No food being served as "Our cooker has broken" At 3am, drunks up and down the corridors trying all the bedrooms doors - a very frightening experience. We called the police and they safety escorted us out at 3.30am. We were quite shaken up by this time

The location was very central Upon arrival the heating was on on which was lovely to come into a property and feel warm,when it's cold outside ! Cosy lights were on upon arrival which was a welcoming Property was clean Was able to leave our car at property before check-in at 15.00 Small fridge with drinks to buy with an honesty box ,great idea

The property I think is someone's home ??not sure how that works ? It does feel way too personal for us ,it may work for other guests .Too quirky Very cluttered apartment The cupboards ,draws full of bedding,personal things everywhere Second small bedroom ,the bed was uncomfortable and very low ,the mattress was lumpy and a big dip in the middle, sheets not ironed,all draws full of personal items hence no guest storage

The caravan was excellent it was a home from home property, Lovely and warm and in very good position with a good view, it was lovely and clean and had two bathrooms, the parking was next to the property, it had lovely decking and and plenty of seating, a BBQ which we did not use as the weather was too cold to sit outside.

On arrival at the site we couldn’t gain entry as it had a barrier and we had no details how to gain entry ,after several attempts by a sales assistant helping us the barrier was raised and we gained entry to the site, we had no idea where the caravan was apart from the name , after driving around a kind groundsman helped up and said he though it was Seasalt at the back which it was,Sykes had previously sent an email a couple of weeks before with a key code no which did not work , we found the caravan owners phone no and she was very helpful said it was the wrong no ,she gave un the correct no and we were able to gain entry . She said Sykes should have sent us an email that morning with all the details and key code number, this was disgusting on Sykes part at not sending these details. If we had not been able to get in contact with the owner I dread to think what would have happen as to how we would have gained entry . In a conversation to the owner she is now going to send her own email and make sure all guests have the correct information herself, one thing that does need to be sort out though is how to get the key fob to gain entry to the site as it is in the key code box by the caravan and it is a long walk to get the key.

Property was stunning and very clean . Easy check in. Kitchen has everything even down to milk and butter which is fantastic. Host left notes around the property to easily locate everything. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Love the room, the disco and the friendly brekkie team. Love the location, right in the heart of the gay sector of Blackpool. I liked that you could be 'yourself' in this hotel and everyone is accepting.

Staff were friendly at check-in. Room was a good size and what we expected for the cost. Easy check out in the morning. Would use again if in the area

Bed mattress was tired and sagged in the middle meaning partner and I kept falling into each other meaning not a great night's sleep. Toilet wouldn't flush properly and was continually refilling. Reported to check out staff when leaving in the morning.
