Breakfast is good, coked breakfast very good. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are very good. Burger and a pint night on a Tuesday is very good value for money.

Excellent room spacious in good order. Very good beds. Good fitness suite easy to use as a guest at the hotel. We did not use the bar or restaurant during our stay.

The hotel is only really accessible if you are driving, knew this as part of booking, just comment not complaint. Breakfast option seemed quite expensive but common now for lots of hotels.

The room was really nice and the beds were super comfy. Short walk to the first direct arena for the concert. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely stay again.

We began our search for accommodation on Trip Advisor which states that breakfast is included in the price - the same applies to Google. Admittedly it does not state this on either booking.com or the hotel website, so I should have realised that it was not. I booked late so could not cancel by the time I realised. I do not think that the price is good value for money without breakfast. After booking you also receive a message that, if you want a cooked breakfast this is only available from 10.00am. The texted offer of the option to buy a small continental breakfast, provided to your room the previous evening, was not mentioned on arrival. Management stated that any information shown on Trip Advisor (or presumably Google) is not within their control and did not give the impression that they would try to remedy it - one wonders where the information came from in the first place? Despite everything else in the room being very good, the mattress was very soft and creaky and not really comfortable.
