The property looked just as good as the photographs and we loved the modern Zakopane-style interiors. A bonus was the Tatra mountains view from the mezzanine window! Everything was clean, modern, and felt safe. The host video-called us to guide us to the accomodation parking, as the road was closed due to upgrades, this was very kind. Although, it would have been useful to know about this detour in the pre-arrival message exchange beforehand.”

  We were cycling the Thames Valley cycle route and this was an ideal location for an overnight stop part-way. There was a safe area behind security gates to leave bikes too. The host was very helpful with all queries and the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.

  Staff efficient, helpful and friendly, Dinner was good quality and reasonably priced. enjoyable meal In restaurant. Delightful garden and setting.

  The standard of the room. Bathroom was small and needed updating. Shower was not easy to adjust and grouting was poor. Plastering under the sink basin was very poor and unsightly. The furniture was poor quality.

  My shower quickly flooded as the plug was blocked — leading to the bathroom being under water, and the water seeping under the door into the bedroom. Although I asked for breakfast on the first morning of my stay, this was forgotten, and there were no staff on hand. To be completely fair, the owner addressed both of these issues more than satisfactorily by offering an alternative room immediately and a complimentary breakfast on the second day of my stay, and I was grateful on both counts. But some additional maintenance checks would probably be helpful.
